Scenic Offers River and Ocean Deals for Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Scenic has unveiled Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals for river and ocean cruises, where guests can book a select sailing of 2022 Europe and Russian river cruise itineraries and enjoy flight costs that range from free to CAD $495 or can fly premium economy for just CAD $695 if booked by 05DEC 2021. For those preferring to explore the lands along the coasts of North, Central and South America aboard Scenic Eclipse in 2022, Scenic is offering 2-for-1 business class airfare and up to 20 per cent off the cruise fare when the booking is made and paid in full by 15DEC 2021.

River Cruising

Central Europe is on display on Scenic’s eight-day Gems of the Danube river cruise, sailing from Nuremberg to Budapest. The villages and iconic cities such as Vienna and Bratislava offer a chance to indulge in a beer tasting at one of the oldest monastic breweries in the world in Regensburg, visit Artstetten Castle, once the home of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, whose assassination sparked the beginning of WWI. In Vienna, guests can tour the Habsburg Schönbrunn Palace and take in a exclusive private classical evening concert featuring the music of Strauss and Mozart at Palais Liechtenstein, one of the city’s grandest venues.

Ocean Cruising

Scenic Eclipse’s 14-day Chilean Fjords & Cape Horn voyage sails from Valparaíso to Ushuaia, taking in Puerto Montt, Castro and the Inner Fjords and Punta Arenas. Guests can embark on a journey that was once used by sea-faring explorers looking to discover new worlds. Guests can raft down the Petrohué river located in Chile’s oldest national park, witness the Chiloé Island penguin colony as Magellanic and Humboldt penguins migrate to the region and visiting a full-size replica of Magellan’s Nao Victoria – the first ship to circumnavigate the world – at Salesian Museum in Punta Arenas.
