As of today, 30NOV, unvaccinated travellers over the age of 12 will no longer be able to board a plane or passenger train in Canada, and a negative COVID-19 test will no longer serve as a substitute for most people. The policy came into effect on 30OCT, but the government allowed for a transition period for unvaccinated travellers who could board so long as they provided a negative COVID-19 test before their trip. Other measures such as masks and health screenings are still mandatory.
