WTTC 2021 Cancun: Launch of Women Initiative to Boost Equality and Leadership

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) have announced its Women Initiative at its 2021 Global Summit in Cancun in a pledge to work towards female equality and to boost representation in leadership roles. WTTC chief executive, Gloria Guevara, unveiled the public-private-academic partnership and led to the signing of the WTTC Cancun Women Declaration to support women, which recognised their contribution around the world and the importance of an equal equitable environment to enable them to thrive as leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators.
