TICO Updates Registrant Reinstatement Policy

TICO has updated its Registrant Reinstatement Policy. As of 06DEC there will be no additional fees to encourage registrants considering reinstatement. TICO will approve a reinstatement of any former registrant so long as there are no unresolved compliance issues, claims against the Compensation Fund or other outstanding financial compliance requirements at the time of voluntary termination or expiration of a registrant. In addition, all fees owing to TICO must have been paid in full, along with other conditions. If all conditions have been met, the former registrant may apply to be reinstated and fees will be waived.
