Saskatoon Airport Authority System Breached in 'Sophisticated' Cyber Attack

The Saskatoon Airport Authority's (SAA) computer system has been breached in a "targeted" and "sophisticated" cyber attack. In a statement, the Authority says it became aware of the breach on 07JAN and a "number of files may have been accessed.” Law enforcement and those potentially affected by the breach have been notified, according to the SAA. The authority said the matter "of the utmost concern" and is being treated with the "highest priority." Good thing considering it happened almost a year ago.
