Swoop Announces U.S. Expansion with Five New Destinations

Swoop announced it will expand its presence in the U.S. in summer 2022, by adding non-stop flights to five new destinations: New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Nashville (NBA), San Francisco (SFO), and Los Angeles (BUR).

In addition, the airline will also extend its current seasonal services to SAN, PSP, LAS, PIE, SFB and AZA into the summer season. In total Swoop will serve 11 U.S. destinations from its three main Canadian bases in YYZ, YHM, and YEG.

Swoop notes that these special introductory fares are limited quantity, and are available until 18FEB 2022, for travel between 01JUN and 27JUL 2022. The blackout period for eligibility is between 28JUN and 04JUL 2022.

Swoop also continues to call on government to outline a re-opening timeline and roadmap for travel recovery that is based on "science and reflective of the current realities of the COVID-19 pandemic."
