Costa Cruises Kicks Off ‘Summer On Board’ Event

Costa Cruises North America is making a splash this summer by offering cruises starting at $782 per person, double occupancy, to the Mediterranean, Caribbean and United Arab Emirates. As a bonus, guests can receive up to $200 in onboard credit per cabin. Costa’s “Summer On Board” promotion is available on select cruises when booked by Aug. 29, 2024.

Costa’s “Summer on Board” deals are available on a variety of departures from August 2024 to August 2025, ranging from five to 14 days. Ships in the offer include Costa’s flagships — Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda — as well as Costa Deliziosa, Costa Diadema, Costa Fascinosa, Costa Fortuna and Costa Pacifica.

Featured weeklong cruises include Costa Toscana from Civitavecchia (Rome) and Savona, Italy; Costa Smeralda from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and Costa Fascinosa exploring the Caribbean from La Romana, Dominican Republic:

• Costa Toscana will depart roundtrip from Civitavecchia or Savona on a weeklong itinerary visiting Marseille, France; Barcelona, Palma, Spain; and Palermo, Italy. Guests can experience the region’s rich history and culture during the winter months, such as on the Feb. 1, 2025, cruise embarking in Savona on a Saturday; and Feb. 14, 2024, embarking at Civitavecchia on a Friday.
• Costa Smeralda will sail roundtrip from Dubai or Abu Dhabi on weeklong cruises where guests can discover iconic destinations during visits to Muscat, Oman; and Doha, Qatar. For example, the Jan. 11, 2025, cruise embarks in Dubai on a Saturday; Jan. 31, 2025, embarks in Abu Dhabi on a Friday; and Feb. 1, 2025, departs from Dubai on a Saturday.
• Costa Fascinosa will sail the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, cruising roundtrip from La Romana with calls at Costa’s private beach on Catalina Island, Samana and Amber Cove, all in the Dominican Republic; and Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos. For example, the Jan. 26, 2025, and Feb. 23, 2025, cruises departing on a Sunday. On select departures, there is also a call at Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, replacing Amber Cove, such as the March 9, 2025, departure.
