Excuse me, dahrlings, but...

The End Of The Cheapo?

Well Pumpkins, if we’ve heard it once, we’ve heard it a thousand times – Book Early! Our resorts are being overrun by Russians, South Americans, and gasp … Americans. They’re back.

Sunwing’s dahrling Dawson (the coy little thing knows I’m rather fond of a bear hug now and again and keeps avoiding me. Grrr… dahrling) – he says, that the reason pricing is up has more to do with hotels being full and not needing to drop their bed rates. And not so much the deep freeze. “This time of year is always busy. We aren’t seeing an inordinately huge spike” – oh, you tease. “EBB’s were the real deal”.

The bottom line is that the wacky loonie, wild weather, upped demand and packed hotels are truly the perfect cocktail to put an end to chicken feed pricing. If you aren’t making money this year, Pumpkins, pour yourself another and pluck something.
