ARTA Canada Says TICO Review Accomplishes Little

Outspoken TICO critic, ARTA Canada, has criticized findings of the Ontario Government review ordered by Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty in the wake of the demise of Conquest Vacations. If all the recommendations of the review's report were followed prior to the Conquest failure, it would have made no difference to the situation, ARTA Canada says.



"The true validity and effectiveness of the report's recommendations can be simply tested by asking only one question: If all of the report's recommendations would have been in place prior to the demise of Conquest, would anything have changed? The answer: NO,'
