In late October 28th, ACTA President and COO, David McCaig called on Tour Operators and Wholesalers to provide a full breakdown of taxes, fees and surcharges.
After the initial call to action, Mr. McCaig commented, 'I am pleased to announce that four of the five major tour operators have reported to us that they will comply with all such requests.'
