VoX International Inc. has welcomed Armando Mendonça to lead the firm's new GLBT division. Mendonça will be Director, Diversity Marketing at VoX. The new GLBT division will exclusively provide market development and public relations support to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender travel sector.
