The American Marketing Group took the opportunity at their global Got Talent conference in Boca Raton, to introduce their new company called Forte Business Travel Solutions, Inc. The initiative was created to help travel agencies in the business travel marketplace maximize their profitability through a variety of solutions that include fulfillment, staffing and consulting components.

“In the competitive business travel marketplace, travel agencies need a combination of focused strategies and flexibility in order to successfully win new business, retain current clients and stay profitable,” said Don Kennedy, Senior Vice President, Business Development for Forte Business Travel Solutions. “At Forte, we take an innovative approach to addressing the needs of travel agencies who are currently heavily invested in corporate travel and those who want to expand their businesses into this lucrative market segment. We act as the behind-the-scenes fulfillment center providing local service that allows agencies to increase profits while still retaining control of their accounts.”

Forte is targeted to travel agencies that generate $5 million and up in gross annual sales and for those that want to venture into the business travel arena but don’t have the technology or financial resources to participate in that competitive marketplace currently. Other agencies that may have difficulty finding staff or who want to expand their influence into other areas of the country are also a good fit for Forte.

Forte Business Travel Solutions is organized into three distinct components: Forte Fulfillment, Forte Staffing Solutions and Forte Solutions Group.

Forte Fulfillment provides travel agencies with the structure, staffing, technology, sales support and ancillary services necessary to acquire and maintain business travel accounts. The services are available to preferred agency partners using wholesale pricing structures that can be resold at retail rates. The partner agency provides sales and account management support to the account. Forte also returns all hotel and car commissions to the agency providing the opportunity to earn more revenue per transaction with little or no risk. In addition to a nominal monthly fee, agencies pay for the transactions that their accounts produce.

Forte Staffing Solutions partners with travel management companies to provide personnel solutions that mitigate costs associated with full time employee retention and supervision while supplying agencies with the staffing necessary to manage their account base more effectively. This division provides the staffing but uses the agency’s systems, technology, policies and procedures to complete travel requests from their clients.

Forte Solutions Group provides business travel consulting services to travel agencies interested in entering the business travel marketplace and those that need additional consulting services to remain competitive in their sphere of influence. Experienced consultants help travel agencies write RFPs and bid on business travel accounts. They also evaluate corporate departments and sales teams and help build strategic growth plans.

The services of Forte Business Travel Solutions -www.fortebts.com - are available to U.S. travel agencies with plans to enter the Canadian market in the near future.
