TICO States Its Position On Conquest Vacations Claim

In response to Open Jaw's story Bankruptcy Trustee Rejects TICO's $2.2 Million Conquest Claim, published Wednesday, TICO has stated the following: 

The ARTA press release issued on September 15, 2010 in respect of TICO’s claim against the Bankruptcy of Conquest, states the position of the Bankruptcy Trustee. TICO disagrees with the position of the Bankruptcy Trustee and has filed an appeal with the Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy and Insolvency. TICO has no comment while the matter is still before the court.
