Flair Airlines Adds Non-Stop Service Between YOW-YLW

Flair Airlines.Flair Airlines is expanding service with a new, non-stop route between Ottawa and Kelowna starting 04AUG, 2021, with flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The new route is part of Flair’s expansion of service across Canada. In FEB, Flair announced it would expand its network to an additional 18 Canadian destinations by summer. The airline is also adding 13 new aircraft to their fleet in 2021 as it prepares to ramp up operations.

In MAR, Reuters reported the ULCC is planning a “European-Style relaunch” inspired by the austerity that transformed Hungary’s Wizz Air into one of Europe’s largest carriers.

As it anticipates a rebound in domestic travel this summer, Flair will begin increasing service in MAY.

“We know there is pent up demand for people to see families and have affordable vacations once it is safe for us to travel again,” says Stephen Jones, President & CEO.

“Our low fares are an important step in restarting the tourism industry as they allow people to explore more, and both Ottawa and Kelowna are two attractive regions for domestic tourism.”

Bookings are now available for travel through 30OCT, 2021.
