Air Transat has announced that it will provide direct flights from London International Airport (YXU) to two tropical destinations this winter, reports CTV News.
Starting in NOV, travellers will have the option to fly non-stop to Cancun, Mexico, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The London to Cancun route will operate once a week, departing on Saturdays, starting 05NOV. From 21DEC, 2023 to 27APR, 2024, the service will increase to twice a week, with flights on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Simultaneously, the London to Punta Cana route will commence operations on 05NOV, with weekly flights on Sundays. From 22DEC, 2023 to 28APR, 2024, the frequency will increase to two flights per week, with departures on Sundays and Fridays.
In addition to the non-stop flights, vacation packages for both destinations will also be offered.
