Explora Journeys Providing Perks to Agents Who Have Been Early Adopters of the Brand

Explora Journeys has unveiled a new rewards program for advisors who embraced the new Explora Journeys brand and have booked at least one journey for clients during the brand's inaugural year of operation.

Advisor Perks

Called Pioneers, the status offers an invitation for a travel advisor and a guest to join a complimentary Educational Insider First Look journey between 17JUL, 2023,  and 31MAY, 2024, as well as access to Explora Journeys' Travel Advisor Fares for personal travel.

MSC's new luxury, small-ship brand is also introducing special referral benefits for engaging with other travel advisors and referring them to Explora Journeys, including a bonus commission on all new bookings made by the referred travel advisor in 2023.

Explora Journeys is approaching the inaugural journey of its first luxury ship, EXPLORA I, on 17JUL, 2023, from Southampton, UK for a 15-night journey into the Norwegian fjords and the Arctic Circle concluding in Copenhagen, Denmark.

"Our travel advisor community is the heart and soul of our industry, and from day one, we have been bold in creating industry-first initiatives to support not only our success but also theirs," said Chris Austin, Chief Sales Officer of Explora Journeys.

"We are sincerely grateful to our Pioneers and proud to equip them with the right tools to support the growth of their business and our mutual success.”

Any travel advisor who has booked at least one journey with Explora Journeys during its inaugural year of operation has automatically unlocked Pioneer status. In recognition of their partnership, Pioneers can now take advantage of a range of tools to make them even more valuable to their clients.

Benefits for "Pioneer" Agents' Clients

For their clients, Pioneers can offer the following incentives:

  • 10 per cent 'Value Savings'  on the next five (5) journeys booked and departing in 2023.

  • Plus €100 ($146 CAD) JEC per person, maximum two (2) per suite can be applied – a gift from the Travel Advisor on the next five x 2 (10) journeys (if they take full advantage of the 2023 and 2024 and beyond opportunity). Combinable with other promotions, Explora Early Booking Pay in Full Benefit, Solo fares and Combo value savings.

Explora Journeys provides commissions of up to 18 per cent, no NCFs, rolling commission payments, and up to 10 per cent commission paid on add-ons.

With a background in broadcast news and travel lifestyles TV production, Lynn is just as comfortable behind or in front of the camera as she is slinging words into compelling stories at her laptop. Having been called a multi-media ‘content charmer’, Lynn’s other claim to fame is the ability to work 24/7, forgoing sleep until the job is done. Documented proof exists in a picture of Lynn at the closing celebrations of an intense week, standing, champagne in hand - sound asleep. That’s our kind of gal.
