Carnival Cruise Line Updates MDR Menus Fleetwide

Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse and Christine Duffy, President of Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival Cruise Line has announced plans to enhance its main dining room offerings across the fleet. The initiative aims to introduce more variety, featuring nearly 60 new entree presentations on rotation.

The enhancements will be piloted on Carnival Dream starting 17JUN and will be rolled out across the fleet by fall.

Under the guidance of Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse, the culinary team evaluated the main dining room offerings and devised new options.

The updated menus will incorporate selections from Carnival's popular specialty dining restaurants, allowing guests to be able to access a range of food available on board.

Carnival's chefs are also working on increasing portion sizes for select entrees, expanding vegetarian options, and introducing more entrée salads.
