It’s been a hectic few months for Air Canada Vacations as they launch into their Caribbean and Mexico Collection for the sun season. New destinations St. Thomas, St. Kitts & Nevis and Curacao are set to roll out and their big glossy magazine style Passion brochure with the sexy guy on the cover has hit the streets.
In celebration of all that’s red hot, the sales team hosted their agency partners to launch parties in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto last week. The Toronto event took place atop the CN Tower as our boisterous hostess Zeina Gedeon drew applause from the assembled agency honchos with the announcement that she would not have to be serving any of their clients on board their Air Canada aircraft for the foreseeable future. With the strike threat quelled, inflight safety and service by management won’t be part of their high season roll out.
Zeina says ACV is “doing fantastic” as the winter approaches and feels they are in great shape for the high season.
Guests also warmly welcomed V.P. Sales & Marketing Nino Montagnese’s announcement of an extra 2% commission to further inspire the passion in their booking patterns. The bonus is in effect until the end of October – or perhaps longer he hinted – if agents really show their passion with lots of bookings.
ACV keeps the message short and judging by the calibre of the assembled crowd, keeps their industry supporters very happy.
