The folks at Insight are always particularly passionate about providing a special vacation experience but they’re determined to take it a step forward with the launch of their 2015-2016 Gold Luxury brochure and their Europe, Britain, Eastern Mediterranean & Morocco programs. Their extensive catalogues of premium and luxury escorted tours has just hit the racks and they have upped the ante once again with new experiences and inclusions.

Although Insight CEO John Boulding couldn’t be in attendance at the launch event, he did appear via video to welcome the operator’s key agent partners to a special dinner event at Il Fornello in Toronto’s Entertainment District last week.

As Boulding puts it, Insight is re-imagining vacationing. He is emphatic that taking a coach tour is not just about seeing places... but, about the places you stay, the people you meet and seeking authenticity in your holiday activities. And, of course, he’s right. It is those things we always remember and enjoy talking about with our travel companions, friends and families.

Insight does offer some pretty special hotels and locations on their tours – with more than 80 of what they signify as Signature Hotels throughout Europe alone. Their Gold Luxury program is offering 14 new premium European trips among 10 new itineraries to destinations including Italy, Greece, Dalmatia and Morocco. One standout is the 9 day Dalmatian Coast journey where a maximum of 38 passengers will cruise aboard the mega yacht MS Future.

The Insight Gold concept offerings are more all-inclusive with all evening meals and special ‘Signature Experiences’ included in the one price.

Insight Canada President Cris David says their reservations department is receiving calls everyday inquiring about tours to Egypt as that destination seems well poised for a resurgence after a couple of years of upheaval.

This is the 4th year Insight has operated an India program and they feel they are well on their way to positioning themselves as India specialists – especially with the addition of Indo-Canadian actress and activist Lisa Ray onboard as their brand ambassador. It is very clever of Insight to have the lovely Lisa endorsing the Insight product – in particular for the sub-continent she is so familiar with.

As is expected these days, Insight is offering 10% savings as an EBB for those who book and pay in full by January 15th. Keep an eye open for Insight’s extensive cross Canada schedule of Showcases that will be coming to a city near you starting later this month.
