Air Canada Vacations has unveiled its new 2021/2022 Sun Collection, a 322-page brochure with packages in 42 warm weather destinations.

Sun Collection Highlights
The collection includes over 550 mostly all-inclusive hotels, including 35 new additions, 3 resorts exclusive to Air Canada Vacations and 35 semi-exclusive resorts. The tour operator offers more than 100 cruises, as well as the addition of Silversea Cruises.
This year’s collection also offers Aeroplan members new exclusive perks from over 184 hotels. More than 124 Play Collection resorts are also part of the collection, as well as and the addition of new tour options, such as the Pure Nature Tour and Volcanoes & Beach Tour, which allow travellers to discover Costa Rica’s biodiversity.

Travelling within the Air Canada network, Canadians booking ACV sun holidays can directly access many sun destinations and connections to additional destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.
Air Canada flights offer three cabin classes, in-flight entertainment, and Aeroplan® points accumulation. New Non-Stop Routes from YYZ and YQB
Air Canada Vacations has introduced new non-stop routes from YYZ to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, operating twice a week starting on 16DEC 2021, and to Great Exuma, Bahamas, operating once a week starting on 19DEC 2021.
It has also expanded its routes from YQB, with the addition of non-stop flights to Fort Lauderdale, Florida starting on November 2021 and increasing during peak season, and to Orlando, Florida, starting in DEC 2021. These flights are operated on a Rouge narrow body aircraft, offering Premium Rouge and Economy Class.
Save up to CAD $400 per Family with Early Booking Bonus
Those who book a 2021/2022 winter vacation package to Mexico and the Caribbean at least 4 months in advance will enjoy savings with Air Canada Vacations’ EBB.
Travel professionals can save families CAD $400 ($100 per adult, and $100 per child aged from 2 to 12) when booking their clients' 2021/2022 winter holidays.
CareFlexPlus and CareFree
Travel professionals can earn up to 15% commission with Air Canada Vacations’ CareFree and CareFlexPlus plans.
At a cost of CAD $59 each, these travel protection plans include free seat selection, Price Drop Guarantee, and a CAD $50 waiver on administration change fees, allowing travellers to transfer their package, change their departure date, destination or hotel up to 7 days prior to departure, or cancel with a full refund up until 25 days prior to departure.
Travel professionals can provide flexibility for clients with both CareFree and CareFlexPlus combined for $99 per person (adults and children) when booking their 2021/2022 winter holidays.
Additional Perks When Clients Travel Together
Air Canada Vacations’ Flex program priced at CAD$49 per person for new bookings made by 31OCT 2021, for travel by 18DEC2022, allows travellers one free date change or cancellation up to 7 days prior departure. The offer is applicable to new bookings of vacation packages to select hotels in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, and the United States and select departure dates. Plus, travel professionals can book a group of 10 passengers with a CAD $500 deposit, and hold up to 20 more passengers with no deposit, to applicable destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean. Air Canada Vacations will honour the original contract price for any additional passengers if their group size increases by up to 20%.
Air Canada Vacations’ Elevate program for wedding groups at is priced at CAD $149 per booking. The package includes private transfers for 20 passengers or more, holding a group of 50 passengers (25 rooms) with a CAD $300 deposit for 120 days, CAD $100 off flight upgrades to Business Class for 4 additional guests, free Flex program for groups to make flexible travel plans, CAD $300 in excursion credit for the wedding couple, up to CAD $600 in resort credit applicable on any service (wedding package, spa, specialty dinners, food & beverage, etc.), and guaranteed private check-in/check-out. Newlyweds also enjoy additional perks like a complimentary site inspection, free seat selection, two free upgrades, including access to the Maple Leaf lounge, and a CAD $500 future travel credit for their next vacation.

Air Canada Vacations has introduced its Vacation Promise, providing travellers exclusive perks to all package vacations purchased: one free checked bag per person, price match up to a maximum CAD $50 per person, the possibility to earn an additional bonus Aeroplan points, and flexibility with a high standard for health and safety included throughout the journey.
Cruise Packages
Advisors' clients can save CAD $300 in flight credits per couple when booking a Flight and Cruise package by 25NOV 2021 for travel between 10SEP 2021 and 31OCT 2022. Plus, travel professionals can secure clients' Cruise Air rates before they become available in the system with Pre-Registration that locks in their price for cruise bookings made more than 11 months in advance, where Air Canada Vacations is unable to offer confirmed flights.
The tour operator's team will contact travel advisors 11 months prior to the departure date to confirm availability and book the required segments. New ships partnered with Air Canada vacations include Celebrity Beyond, Carnival Panorama, Disney Wish, and new itineraries for the operator sailing to the Southern Caribbean from Barbados and San Juan and as Costa Diadema sailing from Fort De France, Martinique.
Cruise Promise
Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise allows bookings for flights with no deposit when booked online as a Flight & Cruise package and pay a new reduced Cruise deposit of CAD $50 per person. All flights are 100% refundable up to 24 hours prior to departure. This program also features CAD $50 flight credit when booking a Flight and Cruise package with a Future Cruise Credit, and 5% commission on flights. The offer is now available to Cruise Group bookings.
