Globus family of brands is strengthening its Canadian sales team by appointing travel industry veteran Gina Goranson and seasoned sales professional Elaine French as Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Goranson will oversee Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, while French will focus on Southwest Ontario, reporting to Denise Harper.

Globus says Goranson and French are charged with building and maintaining travel partner relationships while growing regional sales for Globus, Cosmos and Avalon Waterways.

“Built on a foundation of education, awareness, integrity and trust, we’re dedicated to reinforcing our sales and trade relationships across Canada,” said Harper, senior director of sales for the Globus family of brands. “Gina and Elaine will help us do just that. On the heels of unveiling a new trade brand campaign, advisor portal and education platform, we’re well-poised to grow our roots and business across Canada.”

Coming from a robust background in the travel industry space – including five years at Collette Tours – in her new role as BDM for the Globus family of brands, Goranson is excited to create positive and informative advisor partnerships that inspire life-long adventures for their clients. With extensive experience in customer service, French is bringing a passion for collaboration and solution-driven sales to her new role with the company.

“Advisors are at heart of everything we do,” said Harper. “As partners, we’re not only dedicated to providing them a one-stop-shop for every way in the world to experience the world, but we’re in the privileged position of also delivering more ‘wow’ across the globe, one client at a time.”
