Travel Leaders Network Re-launches In-Person Events for 2021

Travel Leaders Network (TL) has announced it is re-launching in-person mixers with 14 events scheduled for the second half of 2021, to bring members and key suppliers together.

The events will be free of charge for members, and will resume with all safety protocols in place as COVID-19 restrictions begin to lift across Canada.

Mixers have been taking place online across Canada throughout the pandemic, and have given suppliers the opportunity to personally interact with TL owners and managers.

“Each mixer provides an excellent opportunity for suppliers to network with agents, build personal relationships, solicit ideas and feedback from members, and share product information,”  said Christine James, Vice President of TL Network Canada. “In turn, members can get together, share best business practices, and get to know their fellow members while building an overall sense of strength and community. We strongly believe that if our members and suppliers are successful, we are successful.”

Hosted by TL Network Canada’s Business Development Managers: Sue Urie of the Western Region and Melissa Wheaton of the Eastern Region, monthly mixers are held at venues located in each region.

Evenings will include a mini trade show and cocktail hour with time for networking and business building with suppliers. This is followed by dinner during which each supplier delivers an overview of revenue generating promotions and offers available to members.

The gatherings are generally limited to 40 attendees.
