Traveltek Announces Two Promotions as Part of Global Growth Plan

Tracy Sharp, Global Director of Revenue & Supply, Traveltek and Sarah Donnelly, Senior Project Manager with responsibility for North America and LATAM, Traveltek.

Traveltek has announced two promotions as part of its continued global growth plan, with a focus remaining on North America for 2024.

Tracy Sharp has been promoted to Global Director of Revenue & Supply. Sharp assumes responsibility for global customer onboarding and commercial supplier relationships. Traveltek said the role will ensure there is a bridge between sales and development and its customers.

Sharp, who joined Traveltek four years ago after working in senior commercial roles at Jetline Travel and Broadway Travel Group, also has a global remit for commercial supplier relations.

The second promotion has seen Sarah Donnelly, who has been with the business for four years as a project manager, become a senior project manager with responsibility for North America and LATAM.

Cressida Sergeant, chief commercial officer, added: “I am proud of the success that both Tracy and Sarah have experienced in the last 2 years, and these promotions are both well deserved.

“Tracy and Sarah have both been instrumental in shaping our delivery processes to achieve significant improvements in both speed to market for customers, coupled with a high level of customer service and care. Tracy has worked tirelessly to build our supplier relationships; suppliers are an integral part of our business success and ensuring there is a customer – supplier – technology 3-way open understanding and communication is vital for success. Sarah has been instrumental in our growth in North America this year and is well placed to continue delivering success with our new ‘Connect’ product in 2024”.
