Silversea's Brancaleoni Promoted to Senior VP Global Sales & Revenue

Massimo Brancaleoni, Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Revenue, Silversea

Silversea has expanded the role of cruise industry veteran Massimo Brancaleoni who has become Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Revenue. Brancaleoni will continue reporting to Silversea President Barbara Muckermann in the new role.

Brancaleoni has almost 30 years of experience in the global cruise industry and has held executive positions for international organizations. He joined Silversea in January 2023 as Senior Vice President of global sales.

With a wealth of experience in a diverse range of cruise industry segments — from mass-market to ultra-luxury and expedition — Brancaleoni has proven success in leading large teams and developing profitable global strategies, with expertise in transforming commercial organizations and growing revenues on an international scale. Prior to joining Silversea, Brancaleoni held the role of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, at Costa Cruises, after working his way up from the position of Director, Pricing and Revenue Management.
