H.I.S-Red Label Vacations (RLV) has launched its newest brand, Copolo, as part of its efforts to expand in the US market. RLV also owns Canadian travel agency redtag.ca.

The company’s newest brand Copolo, is an OTA whose technology allows travellers who offset their journey to receive a certificate recognizing that their travel footprint has been climate compensated. Copolo will also provide a post-purchase experience to empower its travellers to
claim, track, and engage with the impact they create, allowing for complete transparency.

“We are thrilled to bring a forward-thinking travel company into the United States to help serve today’s conscious traveller,” says Frank DeMarinis, CEO, H.I.S-Red Label Vacations Inc.

“There is a rising demand for more sustainability programs, and as leaders in travel, we want to accelerate this concept within our industry by utilizing the best technologies to create massive momentum.

“By working with a leader in climate solutions, CHOOOSE, we can implement immediate action to minimize the carbon footprint created by travel while adhering to stringent international standards. We aim to provide travellers with great options in a way that contributes to positive steps in the right direction for our planet.”

Oslo, Norway-based CHOOOSE will also help keep consumers informed of the carbon emissions produced by their trip.

"We are delighted to team up with Copolo to build travel back better together by enabling global travellers to offset their carbon footprint as an integrated part of the customer journey,” says Andreas Slettvoll, CEO and Founder of CHOOOSE.

“Furthermore, developing innovative climate solutions in partnership with Copolo will help scale climate action globally, and their commitment will be a solid contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.”
