Virtuoso's 2024 Symposium to Take Place in Dubai

Virtuoso has named Dubai as the next location for its annual Virtuoso Symposium.

Taking place 20-24MAY 2024, the Symposium will bring together executives from Virtuoso’s travel agency members as well as preferred partners to learn, network and explore one of the world’s premier destinations. The announcement occurred during the network’s latest Symposium, which was held in Montreal from 17-21MAY and attracted attendees from 35 countries.

Dubai Economy and Tourism is leading the effort with Virtuoso preferred partners providing additional support.

“Dubai is one of the most dynamic cities in the world, and we couldn’t be more excited to hold our next Symposium there,” said Virtuoso Chairman and CEO Matthew D. Upchurch. “The destination is an important element of this particular event. When we’re evaluating potential locations, the collaboration between the public and private sectors plays a large part in the selection process. Our incredible preferred partners have come together to create an exceptional program that will surely wow our Symposium attendees.”

“We’re honoured to host the Virtuoso Symposium in Dubai next MAY 2024,” states Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing. “Strengthening our partnership with the Virtuoso network significantly complements our current efforts to become a top three international destination for tourism and business. We look forward to showcasing Dubai’s mosaic of offerings, from distinctive accommodations and entertainment to rich cultural experiences and an unparalleled culinary scene.”

Previous Symposiums have been hosted in cities such as Cairo, Cannes, Singapore, St. Petersburg, Madrid, Mexico City, Buenos Aires and Berlin.
