TravelBrands has launched a new contact centre and telephony solution in collaboration with Local Measure.

"This transformation leverages Local Measure Engage for Amazon Connect to provide seamless inbound/outbound voice communication and CRM integration across the entire call centre, servicing thousands of travel agents across Canada," TravelBrands said in a press release.

By integrating this technology with customer relationship management tools, TravelBrands said it "aims to enhance the overall experience for agents while improving productivity."

“We are thrilled to have collaborated with Local Measure to transform our operations,” said Nathalie Tanious, president & CEO, HIS/TravelBrands/RedLabel Vacations Inc.

“This initiative was essential to meet the growing demand and increasing volume we are experiencing. The new contact centre solution optimizes our operational efficiency and greatly elevates the experience we offer.

"The project required immense effort, and our team executed this transformation flawlessly.”

Local Measure Engage is a pre-built contact centre platform that uses AWS and Generative AI to provide customers with personalized experiences.
