TICO's Annual General Meeting to be Held 29JUN

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO)'s Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on 29JUN 2021 at 5:00 p.m., and will be open to all members in good standing. The meeting will be held on Zoom.

TICO announced that two motions will be tabled at the meeting. The first is to appoint Auditors for the next year, where the board recommendation is BDO Canada LLP as TICO’s Auditors for 2021/2022. The second motion is to authorize the Auditors to destroy the election ballots.

Members in good standing who wish to vote at the meeting must register by sending an email with your name and registration number to ticoagm@tico.ca by 25JUN 2021 at 4:30 pm. Members who are unable to attend the meeting can email TICO to request a proxy if they wish to designate someone to vote on their behalf. The deadline to request for a proxy is at the same time as previously mentioned.
