Direct Travel has announced its first Leisure Travel Conference, Direct Access: Gaining Altitude. The event, which will take place from 14NOV to 16NOV at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel, is expected to draw 300 attendees.
Direct Travel said that anticipated attendees would include 200 Direct Travel advisors – both employees and ICs - along with 80 strategic partners, some of which will send along two or more delegates.
"We are thrilled that business continues to grow to unprecedented levels," says Stephen Smith, Senior Vice-President of leisure Strategy and Marketing for Direct Travel, announcing details for the company's first leisure conference, which will bring together advisors and strategic partners across North America.
"This is such a great opportunity for our advisors to network with our top partners, learn first-hand of their new offerings and new strategies to increase sales and better service our mutual clients," said Gerard Bellino, Direct Travel's EVP Leisure.
Direct Travel plans to update its team on productivity tools and tech insights. A primary focus is teaching advisors to increase earnings through simple business adjustments.
