Adventure Cruise Operator Aurora Expeditions’ Honours Female Conservationists

To mark International Women’s Day 2021 on 08MAR, Aurora Expeditions’ Sylvia Earle will name its decks after five female conservationists: Dr. Carden Wallace AM, Joanna Ruxton, Sharon Kwok, Bernadette Demientieff and the ship's namesake, Dr. Sylvia Earle. “Female scientists are leading the way in global conservation initiatives and we want to honour these five extraordinary women who work tirelessly to make the world a better place,” said Aurora Expeditions CEO Monique Ponfoort. The vessel is on course to launch in OCT.
