Aruba has introduced a new COVID-19 entry process which eliminates travellers’ waiting time for PCR test results to be manually verified as well as the need to upload test certificates. In collaboration with OK2Roam, travellers can now authorize an approved laboratory to send their negative test result directly to Aruba’s Embarkation-Disembarkation (ED) card entry platform and have it be “instantly” accepted. The ED card registration is mandatory for all visitors to Aruba, including minors and infants. All travellers above the age of 11 must provide a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of entry to Aruba. The new service is also being provided by VFS Global, which has an international network of “government-approved” COVID-19 testing laboratories.
