Canadians Conflicted Over Border Testing Rules

City News reports that COVID-19 testing rules at the border has Canadians divided. According to a new poll from the Angus Reid Institute, a non-profit organization commissioning research and opinion polls, found that 27 per cent of Canadians would like to see all testing requirements dropped for fully vaccinated travellers. 1 in 10 respondents would like to see testing dropped altogether. The poll also found that 39 per cent of respondents would rather see rapid tests used instead of PCR tests, which is the “current standard” for American travellers.
