Carnival Corporation outlined plans to restart cruising by the end of 2021 that could see three quarters of its fleet ready to sail. Eight of the nine brands under Carnival Corporation - AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises (UK) and Seabourn - have announced plans to resume guest operations on 54 ships to date through the end of 2021. Nearly half of cruising capacity represented in the restart is by ships homeported in the U.S. In addition, Carnival Cruise Line intends to return to full fleet service in 2021, adding nine more ships to bring the total to 63.
