Celebrity Cruises Reconsiders Vax Mandate for Kids

Celebrity Cruises announced on 06DEC that it is putting a hold on its plan to require children ages five to 11 to be fully vaccinated in order to sail, which would have taken effect on 01FEB. "Our recent announcement regarding a change in the minimum vaccination age required to cruise has been placed on hold until further notice," the line said in a statement. "Celebrity Cruises will continue to put in place health and safety protocols that take into consideration the latest CDC guidance." Celebrity had previously announced the mandate on 30NOV.
