China has unveiled its unilateral visa-free policy expansion, granting 15-day visa-free entry to ordinary passport holders from six nations, including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Malaysia.
Effective from 01DEC 2023 to 30NOV 2024, the trial policy aims to enhance travel accessibility, foster closer ties, and bolster the recovery of China's inbound tourism market.
Notably, Malaysia and Germany rank among the top 10 sources of inbound tourism. Trip.com, witnessing significant growth, has signed agreements to boost tourism promotion, including the "Nihao! China" program, while emphasizing the untapped potential of China's inbound tourism industry.
