Disney’s monorail system at Disney World could be subject to regular state inspections for the first time, according to Fox 35 Orlando. A Florida state senate committee amended a transportation bill on 25APR to apply the state’s safety standards to the monorail lines. Open Jaw has reported on the long-running legal and political battle, which recently has been over the power and composition of the board in control of the special district.
