FlightHub Owner Successfully Emerges from CCAA Restructuring Process

The FlightHub Group, whose FlightHub.com air program is a result of purchasing Alio’s consolidation technology in 2016, announces that it has successfully completed its Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) restructuring process, which was officially terminated by order of the Superior Court on 14MAY 2021. "We leveraged the CCAA restructuring process to rapidly scale down our operations and adapt to a new business reality", says Marc Ghobriel, Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at the company. The company says that it has dedicated resources and effort towards rebuilding a stronger foundation.
