Fontainebleau Las Vegas Set to Open in DEC

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas luxury hotel is set to open on 13DEC, marking the completion of the USD $3.7B mega-resort on the Las Vegas Strip, reports Seeking Alpha.

First announced in 2005, the project faced financial setbacks until Koch Real Estate Investments and Fontainebleau Development revived it in 2021. The 67-story resort, now the tallest building in Nevada, features a six-acre elevated pool deck, 150K square feet of gaming space, a 90K-square foot theatre, and 36 bars and restaurants.

This development precedes major events on the Strip, though there's potential disruption from union strikes against major casino operators.
