Hawaii Gov. David Ige said domestic visitors are welcome for nonessential travel beginning on 01NOV, and a plan is in place to welcome fully vaccinated international visitors by 08NOV. Gov. Ige recommended that nonessential travel to the islands be paused in AUG 2021 due to rising case numbers, and has now changed his stance following a decline in cases.
