Last Summer’s 'Gong Show' of Travel Behind Us: Flair CEO

Flair CEO Stephen Jones is confident the summer travel season will be smooth compared to last year's chaos, reports BNN Bloomberg

On 07JUN, Jones told BNN Bloomberg that his airline is in a “much better place” now compared to last summer. As Open Jaw reported, 82.1 per cent of Flair flights arrived within 15 minutes of their schedule in MAY and load factors for both APR and MAY reached 90 per cent. 

A recent report from the Canadian Transportation Agency highlighted Flair as having the highest number of complaints compared to other major airlines in Canada, as Open Jaw reported on 05JUN, but Jones argues that the statistics are “a little bit misleading.”
