Merren McArthur, CEO of Canadian start-up airline Lynx Air, is preparing to step down and return to Australia to be closer to her family, reports Flight Global.
After successfully guiding the ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) through its launch and initial start-up phase, McArthur is passing on the reins to a new leader as Lynx continues to pursue growth.
The airline's board is currently considering a shortlist of candidates for the CEO position.
