Costa Cruises has named Mario Zanetti as president, taking a role that had been temporarily filled by Michael Thamm, Group CEO, Costa Group & Carnival Asia. Zanetti joined Costa in 1999. In 2017 he was named President of Costa Asia, and since July 2020 he has been Chief Commercial Officer of Costa Cruises Europe.
