Melia Officially Opens New Punta Cana Resort

Melia Hotels International has officially opened its new “resortainment” property in Punta Cana - Falcon’s Resort by Melia All Suites Punta Cana, a 432-suite all-inclusive property which is the result of a rebranding of the former Paradisus Grand Cana.

Guests at the new resort will be able to have access to the new Katmandu Park, what it calls the “first full-fledged theme park in the Caribbean,” with sneak peak access available until 15MAR 2023 when the park opens to the public.

The resort is part of Falcon’s Beyond Destinations, which includes the resort, the theme park and a multi-use retail, dining and entertainment district called Falcon’s Central.
