Mix of Relief and Uncertainty as U.S. Land Border Set to Reopen

With the recent news that the U.S. would be reopening its land borders to fully vaccinated Canadians, many are relieved about a return to cross-border business, while others are uncertain on the details, many of which have yet to be announced.
