A network outage at some Service Canada Centres is preventing some locations across the country from providing urgent, express and pick-up services. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada confirmed with CityNews that the outage began on 15OCT, but could not provide a timeline as to when the issue is expected to be resolved. According to communication officer Jeffery MacDonald, regular passport services are not directly impacted.
