One of the tallest luxury hotels in the world opened on 26JUN on top of Shanghai Tower, named the “J Hotel,” by Jin Jiang International Hotels Group. Shanghai Tower rises at 632 meters tall, or around 2,000 feet. The hotel occupies the top 128 flowers of the tower, and has 165 rooms. Promotions for the opening have suites priced at USD $450, but afterwards can skyrocket to more than USD $10k.
