Seabourn Cruise Line has unveiled "Solis," a new dining venue set to premiere on Seabourn Quest in JAN 2024 and expand to Encore, Ovation, and Sojourn ships by spring 2024, reports Cruise Industry News.
Solis will offer Mediterranean dishes inspired by regions such as the Rivieras and the Greek Mediterranean. The culinary concept, created in collaboration with chefs Anton Egger and Franck Salein, aligns with Seabourn's commitment to luxury dining. Both chefs have worked in Michelin-starred establishments globally.
The introduction of Solis will conclude Seabourn's eight-year association with Chef Thomas Keller by spring 2024.
