Singapore to Open to Vaccinated Canadian and U.S. Travellers

According to the Singapore Tourism Board, fully vaccinated Canadian and U.S. tourists can now visit the destination. Canadian or U.S. travellers can make plans to enter or exit the country using its Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL). Singapore is currently accepting vaccination certificates issued in the SMART Health Card (SHC) format, by issuers in Canada or the U.S. on the Common Trust Network. Vaccinated travellers must still undergo two PCR tests, including a pre-departure test within 48 hours of departure, then quarantine until receiving a negative result from an on-arrival test at SIN.
