Saskatchewan travellers will be able to use their own vaccination documents to enter other provinces that plan to implement COVID-19 vaccine passports. British Columbia, Quebec, Manitoba, and Ontario are all confirmed to be implementing some form of a vaccine passport. At this time, B.C. and Quebec say inter-provincial travellers will need to have photo ID and proof issued by their province that they've received COVID-19 vaccinations. Manitoba will not require photo ID, but says travellers are required to present an official document issued by a Canadian province or territory containing information on an individual's COVID-19 vaccination history. Meanwhile, Ontario has yet to release further details on inter-provincial requirements at this time. As of now, Saskatchewan residents are able print off a one-page form of their vaccination record from the province's health system. Saskatchewan’s Premier Scott Moe has repeatedly stated the province will not require proof of vaccination to visit businesses or participate in public activities, but some businesses within the region are setting up their own rules for vaccination.
