The Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park debuts 11JUN as the state begins to loosen COVID-19 restrictions. CNN had the opportunity to explore the newest attractions during a media preview. The centerpiece of the Avengers Campus is WEB SLINGERS, a Spider-Man-themed interactive attraction where guests can feel like Spider-man as they flick their wrists to snag robots. At the Avengers Command Center, guests can see superheroes in action through a variety of activities, some of them interactive. The food has references to the movies, and includes red meat alternatives for differing diets. Disneyland Resort notes that only California residents may visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks in groups no larger than three households until 15JUN. The state of California also recommends that guests should either be fully vaccinated or present a negative COVID-19 test before entering a theme park.
